The incumbent will be:
Part of PMO Team and is responsible to coordinate and collect Project data from Internal and External Stakeholders, analyse and report.
Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for :
- Partner with the Project Delivery Team to understand their portfolio, business strategy, prioritization, etc. to facilitate quality service delivery.
- Support PMO Lead in all day-to-day activities.
- Manage Financial and Commercial aspects of projects including Forecasting, Actuals etc
- Provide executive visibility to project, program, portfolio, and functional level status, issues, risks, costs, etc.
- Monitor and report on program/project financials to ensure project managers are managing financials in accordance with sound financial principles and recommend corrective actions.
Desired Profile:
- The incumbent must be BBA/B.Sc/BCA (with 60% throughout academic standard) from a reputed institute, with 0-2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, Office 365, Advanced Excel Skills (Macros, VBA Scripts etc.), MS Project and Power point.
Successful candidates must have strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, organizational effectiveness focus and a drive to improve business results. - Ability to analyze a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Preferable Experience of PM Process, Templates, Procedures
- Precision and quality in assigned duties with minimal supervision
- Ability to get things done with autonomy, speed, and good reactivity
- Experience in creating Presentations, Dashboards, and conducting stakeholder meetings
