About the role: As an HR Executive, you will be working on the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle and implement effective hiring and onboarding strategies. You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives, manage multiple projects, and work under tight timeframes.
What you will do:
– Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Provide counseling on policies and procedures
– Be a part of the entire end to end recruitment and team structuring cycle
– Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing JDs, posting jobs, and managing the hiring process
– Create and implement effective onboarding plans
– Develop training and development programs
– Assist in performance management processes
– Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
– Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
– Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliances What you should have:
– Proven working experience of 3-5 years as HR or TA Manager
– People-oriented and results-driven
– Demonstrable experience with HR metrics – Knowledge of HR systems and databases
– Ability to design strategy along with leadership skills
– Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Degree in Human Resources or related field What we offer you:
