We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Search Engine Marketing Specialist to join the digital marketing team. As an SEO & SEM Manager, you will act as an in-house SEO/SEM expert to deliver best-in-class recommendations and execution that drive business impact. Your primary responsibility will be to manage Organisation’s website and ensure its top ranking in search results.
What You Will Be Doing
- Take complete ownership of the Company’s website
- Plan, develop and implement our SEO and SEM strategy
- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
- Regularly perform thorough keywords research
- Manage Google Ads PPC campaigns
- Write SEO meta tags and Google Ads copies
- Identify critical SEO/SEM KPIs
- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
- Optimize visits-to-lead conversion rate
- Plan and monitor PPC budgets and establish CPA and ROI
- Prepare and present reports regularly
- Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions promptly
- Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
- Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
What You Need For This Position
- Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field
- 5-8 years experience in a similar role
- Google Ads certification
- Hands-on experience and master user of Google Ads
- Hands-on experience and master user of SEMRUSH or AHREF or equivalent website audit tool
- Understanding of other Paid media channels and web traffic drivers
- Strong data understanding and interest
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Prior experience of working with WordPress or similar CMSs
- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Excellence interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in developing digital customer journey strategy & tactical plan development and implementation
- Technical skills: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, MS Office is a must
