Experience – 1-2 years of IT (B2B) – Inside sales experience
Qualification – B.Tech/BBA/BCA
Responsbilities-
• Generating leads from through Cold calling, Email marketing, Data mining and database development using different tools
• Generate & maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure that Sales team has adequate number of qualified opportunities to work upon
• Should do extensive market research during initial campaign planning phase
• Collaborate with Sales/Presales team to exchange information on markets/leads/prospects
• Connect to CXOs of target companies to understand their pain areas and suggest how Newgen solutions could solve their problems
• Maintain track of all activities and connects using the CRM tool on a regular basis
• Capable on using sales force automation tools and generate MIS reports
Desired Profile –
• Should have 1 to 2 years of experience in Business Development for Software Products & Solutions (contract management, case management) in B2B Market
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills
• Experience of working in xyz geography is preffered
• Should be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
