Pricing Policy

1. Pricing Structure

Jobtrix offers various subscription plans and services. All pricing information is displayed on our platform at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect existing active subscriptions.

2. Payment Terms

Strict Payment Policy:

• All payments must be made in advance before service activation
• Payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise specified
• Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other methods as displayed on our platform

3. Subscription Plans

Jobtrix offers multiple subscription tiers including:

• Basic Plan: Limited features for small businesses
• Professional Plan: Advanced features for growing companies
• Enterprise Plan: Complete AI-powered recruitment suite
• Custom Plans: Tailored solutions for large organizations

4. Billing Cycles

• Monthly Subscriptions: Billed on the same date each month
• Annual Subscriptions: Billed once per year with potential discounts
• Custom Contracts: Billing terms as agreed in the contract

5. Price Changes

Little Robin Technology Partners Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. However:

• Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days before any price change
• Current subscription prices remain locked until renewal
• You may cancel before renewal to avoid new pricing

6. Taxes and Additional Fees

• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• GST and other applicable taxes will be added to your invoice as per Indian tax laws
• Transaction fees may apply depending on your payment method
• Currency conversion fees may apply for international transactions

7. Failed Payments

In case of failed payment:

• Service may be suspended immediately
• Account will be locked until payment is resolved
• Multiple failed payment attempts may result in account termination
• Outstanding dues must be cleared before service restoration

8. No Partial Refunds

Important: Subscription fees are charged in full for the billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial usage within a billing cycle.

9. Enterprise Custom Pricing

For enterprise clients requiring custom solutions:

• Pricing is determined based on specific requirements
• Custom contracts may include minimum commitment periods
• Early termination may incur penalties as specified in the contract
• Payment schedules are defined in the enterprise agreement

10. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If we offer a free trial:

• Credit card information may be required
• Automatic billing begins after trial ends unless cancelled
• Trial is limited to one per user/organization
• Features may be limited during trial period

11. Invoice and Receipt

• Invoices will be sent to your registered email
• GST-compliant invoices provided for all Indian transactions
• Payment receipts available in your account dashboard
• Request for invoice corrections must be made within 7 days

12. Non-Payment Consequences

Failure to pay may result in:

• Immediate service suspension
• Account termination after 15 days
• Loss of data and candidate information
• Legal action for debt recovery
• Reporting to credit bureaus (if applicable)

13. Payment Disputes

If you have a payment dispute:

• Contact support@jobtrix.in within 7 days of the transaction
• Provide transaction details and reason for dispute
• Disputes will be reviewed within 5-7 business days
• Service remains active during dispute investigation unless fraudulent activity is suspected

14. Cancellation and Downgrade

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
• No refunds for remaining time in current billing cycle
• Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle

15. Promotional Pricing

Promotional offers and discounts:

• Are time-limited and subject to terms
• Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated
• May require longer commitment periods
• Regular pricing applies after promotional period
