NO REFUNDS AFTER PAYMENT
All payments made to Jobtrix are final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate/double payments. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. General Refund Policy
Once payment has been successfully processed and service has been activated, NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or decision
- Service not meeting expectations
- Lack of usage or non-utilization of features
- Business closure or change in requirements
- Technical difficulties on user's end
- Account suspension due to policy violations
- Cancellation before the end of billing period
2. Exception: Duplicate/Double Payments Only
ONLY EXCEPTION
Refunds will ONLY be processed in case of accidental duplicate or double payments for the same service.
If you have been charged twice for the same transaction:
- Contact us immediately at support@jobtrix.in
- Provide transaction IDs for both charges
- Include screenshots of bank statement showing duplicate charges
- We will verify the duplicate payment within 5-7 business days
- Confirmed duplicate charges will be refunded within 10-15 business days
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, however:
- No refund will be provided for the remaining period of your current billing cycle
- You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund
- You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date to avoid future charges
4. Service Downgrade
- Downgrading to a lower-tier plan does not entitle you to a refund of the price difference
- Downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- You continue to enjoy current plan features until then
5. Free Trial Conversions
If your free trial converts to a paid subscription:
- You are responsible for canceling before trial ends to avoid charges
- No refunds for forgetting to cancel before trial expiration
- Charges are clearly communicated at the start of trial
6. Service Interruptions
In case of service downtime or technical issues:
- No refunds will be provided for temporary service interruptions
- We will work to restore service as quickly as possible
- Service credits may be considered for extended outages at our discretion
- Force majeure events are exempt from any compensation
7. Fraudulent Transactions
If you believe your payment information was used fraudulently:
- Contact us immediately at support@jobtrix.in
- File a dispute with your bank or payment provider
- Provide police report or fraud documentation
- We will cooperate with authorities and investigate
- Refunds for fraud are processed after verification and at our sole discretion
8. Chargeback Policy
Important: Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Ban from using Jobtrix services
- Reporting to fraud prevention databases
- Legal action for recovery of disputed amounts plus costs

9. Refund Processing Timeline
For eligible refunds (duplicate payments only):
- Investigation Period: 5-7 business days
- Approval Time: 2-3 business days after investigation
- Refund Processing: 7-10 business days to original payment method
- Bank Processing: 3-5 additional days depending on your bank
10. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to:
- The original payment method used for the transaction
- Same account/card that was charged
- In the same currency as the original transaction
We cannot issue refunds to different accounts or alternative payment methods.
11. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Setup fees or onboarding charges
- Custom development or integration work
- Training or consulting services
- Add-on purchases or one-time credits
- Enterprise contract commitments
- Any services already rendered or consumed
