What could be some of the most common reasons candidates get rejected?

Interviewers may look at one single reason to choose you but will checklist 10 reasons to reject you. The reason is not to create a fault in you, it’s rather because faults come out more easily in people which becomes easily measurable against certainly created benchmarks.

Some of the major and most common reasons why candidates get rejected at an interview could be:

  1. An unapproachable attitude.
  2. Your inability to communicate what is asked.
  3. Not knowing about the company you have applied with.
  4. Being unable to answer in detail about your past work/learning experience.
  5. Your CV going against your personality.

If you allow people access to your faults, there will be 1000 reasons to reject you. Work on those faults, grow with learning, and strive towards success.
