Primus Partners is looking for an experienced infrastructure finance professional who understands the economics, financial feasibility, and financial management of Real Estate development projects. We are seeking candidates who embrace a collaborative approach and hold a technical and analytical skill set to deliver high-quality outcomes for infrastructure development streams. The job description for the same is as below:

Location: Chandigarh, India

Experience and Education

# M.Com/MBA/PGDM with specialization in Finance/ CA/ ICWA

# At least 5 years of work experience in the finance domain of Infrastructure development/real estate projects for government/public sector clients.

 Skills and Attributes

  1. Knowledge of
    • Real Estate Financing
    • Financial Feasibility Assessment of infrastructure and real estate projects
    • Preparation of Financial Models and Business Plans.
    • Collects, assimilates, analyses, and interprets data and indicators regarding financial aspects of the project and related conditions
    • Public Procurement processes for Bid process management
  2. Strong communication skills: written, verbal, interpersonal
  3. Familiarity with Project Management and Monitoring tools.
  4. Finance Expert should have handled at least 2 assignments with an emphasis on Financial Feasibility Study, Financial Modelling, Business modeling, and PPP in Real Estate.

Primary Roles and Responsibility

  1. Assessment of stressed real estate assets on account of litigations/HRERA orders/liquidation proceedings etc.
  2. Recommendations on financial models and business plans for re-activating stressed assets in market.
  3. Recommendations on device mechanism for resolution of stressed asset on account of litigations/HRERA orders/liquidation proceedings etc.
  4. Monitoring of fund flow, Carry out overall monitoring and supervision of the finance, Co-ordinate with other department for funding.
  5. Responsible for the overall management of the consulting team and budget, and for the timely and efficient delivery of all project outputs
  6. Development and drafting of grant request proposals for development.
  7. Stakeholder consultations and management plans and facilitations.
  8. Perform Bid Process Management/ public procurement for products, services and works related requirements.
  9. Manage multiple projects with attention to time management, grant/contract requirements, budget development, project metrics, team communication and timely provision of deliverables.
