These Terms apply to all users, including Job Seekers (candidates) and Employers (recruiters/hiring companies). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Jobtrix is an AI-powered recruitment and staffing platform operated by Little Robin Technology Partners Pvt Ltd. We provide services for both Job Seekers and Employers:

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Job Seeker Terms

As a Job Seeker on Jobtrix, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

4.1 Data You Provide

By creating a Job Seeker account, you authorize Jobtrix to collect, process, and analyze:

• Resume/CV: Your uploaded resume will be parsed by our AI to extract skills, experience, education, and work history
• Compensation Details: Current CTC (Cost to Company), expected CTC, salary history for market analysis
• Professional Information: Job title, company, industry, years of experience, skills, certifications
• Contact Information: Email, phone number, location for job matching and recruiter outreach
• Career Preferences: Desired roles, locations, work type preferences, notice period

4.2 How Your Data is Used

• Apex Report Generation: Your CTC and profile data are analyzed to generate your market value report, comparing your compensation against industry benchmarks
• Recruiter Visibility: Your profile (including resume, skills, experience, and compensation expectations) may be viewed by registered employers and recruiters seeking candidates for relevant positions
• Job Matching: Your data is used by our AI to match you with suitable job opportunities
• Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for platform analytics and market insights

4.3 Profile Visibility

You understand and agree that:

• Recruiters and employers on our platform can search for and view candidate profiles
• Your professional information (excluding sensitive personal contact details until you apply) may be visible to potential employers
• You can control your profile visibility settings in your account dashboard
• Hiding your profile will prevent new recruiter searches but existing applications remain accessible

4.4 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that:

• All information provided in your profile and resume is accurate and truthful
• Your stated compensation details are accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the right to share the information you provide
• You will update your profile when information changes

5. Employer Terms

As an Employer on Jobtrix, you acknowledge and agree to:

• Use candidate data only for legitimate recruitment purposes
• Not share, sell, or misuse candidate information obtained through our platform
• Comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws
• Treat all candidates fairly and without discrimination
• Not contact candidates for purposes other than genuine job opportunities
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information

6. User Conduct

All users agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any laws
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service without our prior written permission
• Scrape, copy, or misuse data from our platform
• Harass, spam, or inappropriately contact other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Jobtrix, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, AI algorithms, Apex Report methodology, and KYLA AI technology, are the exclusive property of Little Robin Technology Partners Pvt Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your personal data and resume content. By uploading, you grant Jobtrix a license to use this data for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Jobtrix is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

9. No Employment Guarantee

Jobtrix is a platform that connects Job Seekers with Employers. We do not guarantee:

• That you will receive job offers or interviews
• The accuracy of job postings by employers
• The quality or suitability of candidates for employers
• Employment outcomes or salary offers

The Apex Report provides market analysis based on available data and should be used as guidance, not as a guarantee of market value or salary expectations.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

11. Payment Terms

Paid services are subject to our Pricing Policy and Refund Policy. By subscribing to any paid service, you agree to pay all fees and charges according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.

12. Limitation of Liability

Little Robin Technology Partners Pvt Ltd and Jobtrix shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions or decisions made by employers or job seekers
• Accuracy of third-party information or job postings
• Any employment decisions or outcomes

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Robin Technology Partners Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Violation of these terms
• Infringement of any third-party rights
• Any false or misleading information you provide

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, you may request deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
