- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in backend technologies in a product company.
- Technology: Nodejs and MongoDB; Python, SQL and NoSQL databases; Redis/AWS/Docker a big plus
- Ownership: You take initiative to find solutions and focus on what must be done tocreate success.
- Leadership: You would be leading one of the most important teams for the organization.You are expected to skill, motivate and manage the team of ambitious and energetics
youngsters who are very passionate about providing the best services to our partners.
- Management: You are comfortable with building and leading cross-functional teamscomprising of engineers, designers and data scientists.
- Growth mindset: You embrace challenges, welcome feedback, and see effort as the path to mastery. Looking forward to work on new and challenging problem statements.
- Team Spirit: Mentoring and supporting other team members by doing code reviews and applying your experience in process and technical leadership.
