Job Title:Product Manager – Cybersecurity (Network Security Expertise)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager with expertise in network security to join our cybersecurity team in Gurgaon. The Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing the product strategy for our cybersecurity product portfolio, which includes Cloud–Firewalls, SIEM/SOAR (Security Information and Event Management/Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response), and Network and Security Operations solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

– Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our cybersecurity products, aligning it with the company’s overall business objectives and market demands.

– Market Research: Continuously monitor the cybersecurity landscape, staying updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive offerings. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.

– Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to define product requirements, prioritize feature development, and ensure successful product launches.

– Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a product roadmap that clearly communicates the product’s direction and priorities. Make data-driven decisions to adjust the roadmap as needed.

– Customer Focus: Engage with customers and gather feedback to understand their needs, pain points, and expectations. Use customer insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.

– Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging for cybersecurity products.

– Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch support. Ensure products are meeting performance and security standards.

– Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration with engineering, QA, design, and other teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

– Risk Management: Assess potential risks and challenges related to product development and deployment and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

– 8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in cybersecurity and network security.

– Proven experience managing cybersecurity products such as Cloud-Firewalls, SIEM/SOAR, or Network and Security Operations solutions.

– Deep understanding of network security technologies, threats, and best practices.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

– A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

– Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
