We then agree an engagement model - retained search, contingent, RPO or contract - and share a delivery plan with milestones. Research-led mapping and outreach begin immediately, and you receive a calibrated shortlist within days.
Fees depend on the engagement model and role seniority. Leadership and executive search is typically retained; permanent hiring can be retained or contingent; RPO and contract staffing are priced on a monthly or per-hire basis. We share transparent commercials before any work begins - there are no hidden charges.
For most mandates we deliver a calibrated first shortlist within 24 hours of a signed brief. Leadership and confidential searches then run on a structured, research-led timeline with weekly progress updates.
Confidentiality is standard on every mandate. We run discreet, name-blind outreach for sensitive replacements, sign NDAs on request, and never share a candidate's profile without their explicit consent. Data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
