1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Little Robin Technology Partners Private Limited ("Jobtrix", "we", "us" or "our"), which operates the Jobtrix brand and the website at jobtrix.in (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

3. Our services

Jobtrix provides talent-acquisition consulting services, including executive search, permanent and contractual hiring, recruitment process outsourcing, and AI-native HR technology. The Site presents information about these services and provides forms through which candidates, employers and other visitors can contact us. The precise scope, deliverables and commercial terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between Jobtrix and the relevant client. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and information on the Site may be updated or withdrawn at any time.

4. No guarantee of employment or placement

Jobtrix provides recruitment and consulting services on a professional-effort basis. We do not guarantee, and nothing on the Site should be read as a guarantee of, employment, an interview, a job offer, placement or any particular hiring outcome for any candidate, nor the successful filling of any role for any employer. Hiring decisions rest with the relevant employer, and acceptance decisions rest with the relevant candidate.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content - including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, layout, design and software - are owned by or licensed to Little Robin Technology Partners Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Jobtrix" and associated logos are our trademarks. You may view and print content for your own personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Third-party names, logos and trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

6. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for the content, products, services or privacy practices of any third-party site. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

7. User submissions

When you submit information through the Site - such as a message, résumé, application or role requirement - you confirm that it is accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and that its use by us as described in our Privacy Policy will not infringe any third party's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use, store and process your submission for the purposes of providing our services and operating our business. Do not submit confidential information that you do not wish us to use for these purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jobtrix and its directors, employees and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
