Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) means Jobtrix owns and operates part or all of your talent-acquisition function - recruiters, process, technology and analytics - as an accountable, SLA-governed engagement. Unlike transactional staffing agencies who send CVs against individual reqs, an RPO integrates with your systems and brand, reports on funnel metrics, and is measured on outcomes like cost-per-hire, time-to-fill and quality-of-hire across the whole pipeline.

We run end-to-end enterprise RPO (the full TA function), project RPO for burst hiring and new-site or GCC ramp-ups, embedded recruiters as staff augmentation inside your team, and sourcing-as-a-service that feeds your recruiters a qualified pipeline. Engagements can be per-hire, per-recruiter FTE, or a managed-service fee, and can scale up or down as your hiring plan changes.

For most engagements we mobilise a pod of recruiters, sourcers and a delivery lead within 2 to 3 weeks - including intake, employer-brand calibration, ATS and toolset access, and SLA sign-off. Project RPO and GCC ramp-ups with high volumes can stand up a larger squad in phased waves so first hires land while the team scales.

Every engagement is governed by a mutually agreed SLA covering time-to-submit, shortlist quality, offer-acceptance, diversity ratios and reporting cadence, reviewed in weekly and monthly business reviews. Commercials are transparent and flexible - per-hire, per-FTE or managed-fee - with cost-per-hire and time-to-fill tracked openly so you see the ROI of the outsourced function.
